Managing Director & Owner

I have been working and living for Alipro AG for over 25 years. My favorite product is the nut filling 25% with pieces, packed in a well-filled Nussgipfel (works in every situation). I like to spend my free time with my family or on my bike, preferably on loooong single trails.

Lucas Bättig

Head of Sales and Marketing

Our Alimanda 30% with vanilla extract is my absolute favorite product, for which I would walk for miles. In my free time, I walk with my dog in the countryside or on the golf course.

Dave Mang

Head of Development and Quality Assurance

Outside of work, I like to spend time with family and friends. I love chasing after every ball; my favorite is football, and I've been actively involved in the club as a player, coach and player-trainer for almost 40 years.

When I'm not working, I like to spend my time relaxing in the fresh air, enjoying nature and the beautiful view of the mountains from the Zurich Oberland.

Meine beiden Kinder holen mich auf liebevolle Art in die Realität zurück. Meinen Alltag versüsse ich am liebsten mit Schoggistreusel aus unserem Sortiment.

I have been on the road for Alipro AG for many years, and I do so with great pleasure and commitment. In my free time I like to take a trip to the lake, with sails and lots of wind.

Due to my passion for my profession as a baker and confectioner, I regularly bake bread and pastries for the family, and I love to cook. I also love taking long walks, especially in the woods, and photographing nature.

When I'm not visiting my customers, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also spend a lot of time in the kitchen, living out my creative side by baking and cooking.

Putting the customer first is what I enjoy most every day. At Alipro AG, I appreciate the collegial environment and the willingness to help each other. My favorite product is the Biber filling. Preferably incorporated into one of my customers' Biber.

After four years of internal production experience, I am now looking forward to fulfilling our customers' wishes in my new role as planner and developer. In my free time, I am always on the ball. My favourite product: soft almond filling.

What appeals to me most as a specialist consultant and test baker is the area of responsibility. It's very varied and involves working with customers and internal departments. My favorite product is the sour cherry jam in combination with amaretto paste.
